- All products distributed by CCTVDIY comply with Australian regulatory standards and are sourced through official brand-authorized channels.
1.2 Warranty Period
- Hikvision / Hilook / Dahua Products: We provide a 3-year official brand warranty for Network Cameras, NVR Systems, Alarm Systems, and Intercom Systems, ensuring support through authorized brand channels.
- Other Brands: For all other brands, warranty periods follow the official warranty terms provided by the respective manufacturers. Please contact the manufacturers directly for after-sales service.
1.3 Eligible Products
- Warranty applies only to brand new products purchased from our official website.
- Demo units, display items, refurbished products, and repaired returns are not eligible for warranty coverage.
1.4 Warranty Service
- During the warranty period, eligible products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products to CCTVDIY for warranty service.
1.5 Warranty Limitations
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow product instructions
- Damage caused by external factors (power surges, extreme weather, etc.)
2. Return Policy
2.1 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return under this policy, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2.2 Return Process

- Package Your Return: Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Include your RA number on the outside of the package.
